High School Band SOLO List
Please note that Region I has the same band solo list as NJ All-State (NJMEA).
There have been changes made by the All-State Band Procedures Committeethat have been adopted by Region I. Please click on these links for more information:1) There have been changes made to some of the required ranges forinstruments. (link to https://static1.squarespace.com/static/636a8183960a58397c1b0fa5/t/64b68cbb43b2822d54b27c45/1689685179785/All-StateBand.Instrument+Ranges.pdf)2) Bass Trombone has been added as a standard instrument with a separate audition.3) English Horn, Piano, and Harp will now be standard auditions. Acceptedstudents will have their name in the Region concert program and will beeligible to audition for All-State regardless of instrumentation needs at the Region level.4) There have been changes made to the percussion requirements. Snare andTraps auditions are now combined.
