As part of our general membership meeting that day, we will also be voting on the positions of Recording Secretary and President Elect (for NJSMA). More info will be distributed separately regarding the procedure to submit your name for consideration. If there is a local, state or nationwide event that prevents any of the ensembles to run as expected, the executive board of the NJSMA will have the right to adjust the following procedures to comply with safety guidelines: Rehearsal Schedules, Instrumentation, Structure of the Ensembles & Audience Capacity
